• Briefly explain the factors that will impact (demand, growth and/or ability to operate in the
industry) for the micro environment.
• Provide analysis / justify the chosen factors and why these will have an impact on the microenvironment
(demand, growth and/or ability to operate in the industry)
• Visualise research
• Note if the factors are or equal importance or if some are more important than others.
Explain your logic using a decision matrix tool to assist
• Do not explain the PESTLE concept.
• Provide no more than three insights from the above research and analysis
• Insight statement (no more than 50 words)
• Insight explanation. Why is this an insight and why might it be of value to the client (ability
to grow, key element of strategy, basis for competitive advantage, avoid risk, etc).
