1. What's your assessment of Ryanair's launch strategy?

large fleet of BA vs 14 seats. moreover, from 1987, BA privatlized with free operations, like the US after war II, will raise its ablilty to doninant the market.

3. How costly would it be for Aer Lingus and British Airways to retaliate against Ryanair's launch rather than accomodate it?
4. Can the Ryan brothers make money on the pounds 98 fare they propose?
